Terms of Service
Effective 1 March 2026Last updated March 2026
InfraVerifier is operated by InfraVerifier, and these terms cover your use of it. Using the service means you accept them. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the service.
1. Scope of the service
InfraVerifier verifies email addresses. Access comes in three forms: a web dashboard, bulk verification, and a REST API. Each check runs in real time against the mail server that would receive the message.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and your API key confidential. Tell us at support@infraverifier.com as soon as you become aware of unauthorised use. We are not liable for losses that follow from credentials you did not keep secure.
3. Acceptable use
Lawful use is a condition of holding an account. You must not:
- Verify addresses in order to send spam, phishing, harassment, or any unlawful communication
- Work around plan limits through automated account creation or by sharing credentials across separate organisations
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service or the API without written permission
- Reverse-engineer the service or try to recover its source code
- Build a competing verification product on top of it
- Submit addresses you have no legitimate business reason to verify
We may terminate an account that breaks these rules, without a refund.
4. Plans, billing, and quotas
Choose monthly or annual billing at checkout. Each plan carries a verification allowance for the month, with no daily cap on how fast you spend it. Unused volume is not carried over. The allowance starts again on the first day of every billing month, and credits bought outright do not expire.
Active subscribers get at least 14 days’ notice before a price change. Staying on the plan past that date counts as accepting the new price.
5. API access
Every paid plan includes the API. Calls to it draw on the same monthly allowance as dashboard work, and bulk requests stay within a documented per-request limit. Splitting traffic across parallel connections to get past a rate limit is grounds for suspension.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
InfraVerifier is supplied on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Accuracy and liability
We aim for high accuracy. Perfect accuracy is not something any verification service can offer. Catch-all domains, temporary faults at the receiving server, and blocking at the provider level all change what a check can report. We accept no liability for bounces, deliverability problems, or reputation damage that occur despite use of the service.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service will not exceed what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Ownership
The service, its software, its design, and its documentation belong to InfraVerifier. These terms give you a limited right to use the service and nothing more. They transfer no rights in our trademarks or other intellectual property.
9. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, effective at the end of the current period. We may suspend or terminate an account immediately for a material breach of these terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
The law of the State of Delaware, United States governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Raise any dispute with us directly and in good faith first. Whatever is left unresolved belongs in a court of competent jurisdiction in that same place.
11. Changes to these terms
Revisions happen. When one is material, every registered user gets an email at least 14 days before a material change takes effect.
